Timetable & Guidence
We mainly follow the Satipatthana Buddhist meditation practice in Theravada tradition. Being in the present moment throughout the day will be the main focus of the programme. During the programme period, all activities are performed according to a timetable.
Observing of Noble Silence is a must at the centre, except of course in emergencies and discussion times with the Teacher.
Using of mobile phones during the programme is also not permitted.
All will have the opportunity to join for a dhamma discussion in evening hours of the programme. Most importantly there will be one to one interview sessions with the teacher, for all participants to receive clarification on the followed technique and to get advices on the experiences.
Please Note: - The date of arrival and the final day will not be taken in to account. You will need to complete 3, 7 or 10 full days of retreat as set in the programme.
