Introduction: Laughter Yoga is an unique exercise routine which combines unconditional Laughter with yogic breathing techniques. It has many health benefits to our lives in both physical and psychological aspects. This was found by Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995 , an Indian Medical Doctor. This technique is spread across the world and thousands of laughter yoga clubs were established and scores of people are taking advantage of the enormous benefits of laughter and are experiencing relief from a variety of stress related illness. Sri Lankan laughter yoga club was initiated in 2019 by the visit of Mrs. Ivy Yuvan and Mr. Tang (Laughter yoga teachers from Singapore) to Dassana Buddhist Centre.
Objective: Let unconditional laughter bring out good health in mental and physical aspects by breaking unwanted stress related conditions.

These laughter yoga sessions are conducted by trained Laughter Yoga leaders. These sessions consists with Laughter exercises, childlike playfulness exercises and more.
Scientific studies shows that body cannot differentiate between real laughter and voluntary laughter if done with willingness, One gets the same health benefits whether laughter is real or simulated.
